Ron is restoring his bug to original factory specifications.

How did you get interested in Volkswagens?:

Ron’s father was the owner of the Rash Volkswagen dealership in Lynchburg, VA in the 60’s.  Ron purchased this beetle from the original owner, who purchased the beetle from the Rash Dealership lot back in November 1964.  Unfortunately, Ron’s parents died in a car wreck in 1969 and the Rash dealership was sold.

Other Interests:

Ron travels between his home in South Carolina and his boyhood home in Lynchburg, VA.
